Seeking to improve the quality of life of its employees, Alibem offers a healthy environment at its industrial units including workplace gymnastics programs; promotes a balanced, healthy diet at the company’s refectories and has a multidiscipline, specialised Work Safety team.

The social arm of the company, the Alibem Foundation, is a non-profit organisation with its headquarters in Santa Rosa/RS, that sets up sports and leisure projects that benefit employees and local communities alike. Such activities help social inclusion and strengthen citizenship.
