Alibem encourages the presence of all sorts of professionals from different cultures and with different skills at all of its units.

At present, Alibem has over four thousand employees who contribute to the development and income generation of various communities. This is why we seek to value each individual regardless of their culture, colour, age or disability. We believe that each person has his or her own potential of contribution to offer so that our company may keep producing and offering quality products.

We have set up an Inclusion Program for Persons with Disabilities that seeks to make feasible and develop professionals with disabilities within our teams, and a Young Apprentice Hiring Program that encourages employability and training of young individuals for the labour market. Moreover, we have offered job opportunities to foreigners – from Argentina and Haiti – that arrive in Brazil in search of a better life. We give them support with legal matters, in their search for accommodation and in the process to adapt themselves to everyday life so that they may become part of our society as soon as possible.
